Installation and sustainable development

The current policies in town and country planning often tend to reduce the environmental impacts in a step of Sustainable development. In France, the laws SRU and on the protection of the specific mediums (littoral, mountain) aim controlling the urbanization and at limiting the urban spreading out by a redensification of existing in order to limiting the attacks to the natural environments.
