Generali turn

The turn Generali is a project of Gratte-ciel of offices which should be located in the district of businesses of Defense with Courbevoie (Hauts-de-Seine, France).

This project of building was officially presented on October 18th, 2006 by the insurer Generali. It falls under the revival program of Defense and should be realized by VINCI Immobilier in the place of the Iris building builds in 1983. The Generali tower should make a height of approximately 318 meters starting from the original ground (about the same height as the Eiffel Tower) and of 300 meters to the top of the flagstone, for an investment envisaged of 500 million Euro S.

The beginning of work should take place in 2008 and the delivery is envisaged in 2011. Once its completed construction, it should become most Gratte-ciel of Western Europe.
