General sports stage Modibo Keïta

The general sports Stade Modibo Keïta was built with Bamako (Mali)) in 1960. It bears the name of the first president of independent Mali. It was renovated in 2002 for the Coupe of Africa of the footballing nations 2002. Its capacity is of 35.000 places.

The stage includes/understands a principal arena turfed and lit and a ground annexes, a track of athletics in tartan of 8 corridors, a room of musculation, a dojo, a house for the Basket-ball, the Volley-ball, the Handball which make also theater and of Cinéma, a ground of Tennis, an Olympic swimming pool with two basins, and several training grounds.
