General secretary of the Chinese Communist party

The General secretary of the Chinese Communist party (Chinese: 中国共产党中央委员会书记处 pinyin: Zhōngguó Gòngchǎndǎng Zhōngyāng Wěiyuánhuì Shūjìchù) is the permanent bureaucracy of the PCC and form a structure parallel with the organizations of the state of the Popular republic of China.

The most important role of the Secretariat consists to select and promote the personnel of the Party and the state except for the personnel of the popular Armée with release.
