Gastrine
The gastrine is a Peptide secreted by the pylore (lower part of the Estomac) like in the Duodénum and the Jéjunum. This Hormone stimulates the secretion of acid (HCl) in the gastric fundus. It retro-is controlled by the fall of pH. This cell G Gastrine reproduces the effects of the meal.
The hypersecretion of the gastrine leads to the Syndrome of Zollinger-Ellison (acid hypersecretion)

Stimulative hormones:
-
Epidermal Growth Factor (EGF).
- Entéroglucagon .
Inhibiting hormones:
-
antagonistic Secretin = hormone of the gastrine, stimulating the secretion of HCO3- by the dudodénum to neutralize the gastric acidity.
Regulation by the calcemy:
-
the secretion of gastrine is also stimulated by the hypercalcemy and that via the receiver CaSR (calcium sensitive receptor); receiver coupled with the proteins G.
