Gaston Nicole is a Swiss journalist who made the essence of his career to the French-speaking Switzerland Télévision.

After eight years of journalism to the Gazette of Lausanne, Gaston Nicole between with the French-speaking Switzerland Television in 1967, where it creates the parliamentary post of correspondent with Bern. In 1979, it is named chief of the department of the current events and editor association of Téléjournal. It preserves this station until the end of 1990.
