Genealogy
It is the second wire of Jean III of Coligny and Éléonore de Courcelles.One of his/her sisters, Louise de Coligny, will marry in seconds Noces (1519) Lancelot Ier of the Lake (v. 1470 † 1536), knight, adviser and Chambellan of the king (1504 - 1517), governor and captain of Auxerre (1502 - 1504), Baillif (1504 - 1521), governor of Orleans (1504 - 1535 /36) and of Mouzon (1521 - 1535 /36).
Marriage and decendance
He married on February 1st 1514 with Paris, Marie Louise de Montmorency, sister of Anne de Montmorency. They had 5 children:- Madeleine, wife Charles de Roye

- Odet (° 1517 † 1571), Archbishop of Toulouse, more known under the name of cardinal of Châtillon
