Gary McKinnon

Gary McKinnon , also known under the name Solo , is a British Hacker shown to have made a success of the “greater computer attack against military sites of all times”.

This System administrator 39 years, with unemployment, is shown to have penetrated in 97 computers of the the United States pertaining to the army and NASA, in 2001 and 2002. The American data-processing networks that one shows it to have penetrated belonged to NASA, with the armed , the marine , the Ministère of Defense, the air force, like the Pentagone.

The USA estimate that the expenditure necessary to find it and correct the problems which one believes it responsible go up to approximately 900.000 USD

McKinnon initially was continued and stopped on the basis of Computer Misuse Act (Law concerning the data-processing offenses) by the British National Hi-Tech Crime Unit in 2002, but was slackened without being accused and additional information.

It was again stopped in June 2005, and this time slackened in bond and conditions, inter alia which it would not have any more the right to reach Internet. If he is extradited with the E. - U. and is recognized guilty, McKinnon risks up to 70 years of detention. It stated that it would fight against the procedures of extradition, and that it preferred to pass in front of a British court, since it has only little confidence in the American legal system.

McKinnon protested that he only sought to establish the existence of the UFOS and said to be absolutely certain that the Americans have a technology Antigravité.
