In 2003, Wales reorganizes the championship and introduces franknesses, formed from several clubs, to raise the level. Gareth Cooper joined the Celtic Warriors. But the frankness is liquidated as of the summer 2004; it signs then at the Newport Gwent Dragons.
It makes its classes in the teams of young people of Wales. Very early, it crosses the stage. In 2001, it began with the Équipe from Wales from Rugby to XV against the Italy. It marks a test at the end of eight minutes.
