Gao Shun
Gao Shun was a Chinese military officer acting under the orders of the lord of war Lu Drunk at the time of the end of the Dynastie Han in ancient China. At the same time simple and severe, it was one of the most talented and faithful generals who took part with Drunk Lu. Although this last treated it with ingratitude and that it did not pay attention to its councils, Gao Shun did not show bitterness and remained always entirely devoted.
Biography
In year 194, after the catch of Puyang and accompanied by Wei Xu and Hou Cheng, it was sent to defend a camp located at the west. Helped of Drunk Lu, they succeeded in taking again the camp which had fallen to the hands from the enemy and to drive out CAD CAD. A little later it fought also successfully in the defense of Puyang. It followed then Lu Drunk in its rout and by afterwards in the catch of Xuzhou. Later, Drunk Lu appointed it governor of the town of Xiaopei.
In year 196, it repressed the rebellion of Hao Meng in Xuzhou and a little later when Yuan Shu mobilized its large army, it opposed the division carried out by Qiao Rui. Then, when Liu EIB and CAD CAD was combined to counter Drunk Lu, Gao Shun, then general of Gentilhommes of the House, was again sent to take Xiaopei. With Zhang Liao, he orchestrated a splendid victory by tearing off the city with Liu EIB and by countering the reinforcements of Xiahou Dun. On the other hand, in year 199, it lost the city because of a deception of Chen Deng and flees with Drunk Lu with Xiapi. Once besieged, it been able to resist the attack of the forces of CAD CAD and was taken captive, then renonçant to subject itself, CAD CAD made it carry out.
