Roberto Clemens Galletti di Cadilhac was born in 1879 with Torre San Patrizio (Italy) and died in Murs the August 18th 1932.
It is the precursor having built and used a antenna on the mountain for one of first connections TSF (Wireless telegraphy), on the commune of Saint-Maurice-with-Rotherens, in Savoy - France.
