Gain (brook)

The Gagne is a French brook of the Puy-de-Dôme, affluent of the Burande and tributary of a tributary of the the Dordogne.

Geography

It takes its source on the commune of Chastreix, with more than 1.500 m of altitude, between the Redon Mount and the Rock of Courlande.

It sprinkles Chastreix and joined Burande out of left bank, two kilometers in the south-west of Turn-in Auvergne.

To see

  • the cascades of the Bridge of Pierre , little before the confluence with Burande.
