Gabriel de Broglie
Gabriel Marie Joseph Anselme de Broglie ( of Breuil decides), born the April 21st 1931 with Versailles, is a French historian, member of the French Academy. Elected in 2001 with the armchair number 11, successor of Alain Peyrefitte, and member of the Academy of Science morals and political, since 1997, it is the fifth Immortal one of his family. He was elected chancellor of the Institute in December 2005, succeeding Pierre Messmer.
Its life
Studies with the college of Oratoriens with Pontoise, then Institute of political studies of Paris and National school of administration (promotion Tocqueville 1960).
