Gabrán mac Domangairt king of Scots de Dalriada of 538 with 560.
Wire of Domangart mac Fergusa he is the fourth king of Dalriada and succeeds his brother Comgall mac Domangairt. died in 538. He is mentioned in the life of Saint Colomba written by Adamnan.

The Annales of Tigernach also raise its death in 560 and specify that the same year the kingdom of the Scots is devastated by Brude mac Maelchon the king of the Pictes. Gabrán mac Domangairt was can be the victim of a renewed attack of the Pictes which had to yield territories to the Scots during the preceding reigns.
According to the Senchus Fer n-Alban Gabrán mac Domangairt had five wire whose posterity constituted the Cinél Gabráin which had to fight to be able it against the descendants of Comgal the Cinél Comgaill then at the century following against the Cinél Loairn .
