Gaël Roblin

Spokesperson of the Breton independence movement Emgann. Condemned to a three years custodial sentence, lower than the duration of its Detention pending trial, almost three years and eleven months, for “criminal conspiracy for a terrorist enterprise”, by the Court of Assizes especially made up of Paris in March 2004. The parquet floor made call of its payment for the facts to the Mac Donald's of Pornic, the post office of the Mitterrand email to Rennes and with the Mac Donald's of Quévert. The daily newspapers “Today in France” and “the Telegram” were condemned to have carried reached to its Présomption of innocence; with the autumn 2004, it attacked the France in front of the European Cour of the human rights for violation of articles 6, paragraph 1,7 and 13 of the European Convention of the human rights.
