Use

Selective insulation of Bacterium Legionella starting from the water of the environment

Composition

  • extracts from Levure: 10,0 grams
  • L Cystein hydrochlorate: 0,4 gram
  • alpha-cétoglutarate: 1,0 grams
  • glycocolle 3,0 grams (see Glycine (amino-acid))
  • polymyxine b: 80 K UI
  • vancomycine: 1 milligram
  • cycloheximide: 80 milligrams
  • pyrophosphate of iron III: 10 milligrams
  • plug ACES/Hydroxide: 0,25 gram
  • Industrial product|activated carbon: 10 gram
  • Agar-agar: 2,0 grams
  • pH = 6,9

Preparation

To the Gélose basic CYE are added the supplements of growth and inhibiters thermosensitive.
