Götheborg

The Götheborg is a counterpart, built between 1995 and 2003 and baptized by the queen of Sweden the September 3rd 2004, of a Navire of the 18th century of the Swedish Compagnie of the Eastern Indies.

The counterpart of the Götheborg is currently remaking the same voyage as the original Götheborg . This last had run in the wearing of Gothenburg the September 12th 1745 while returning from China (the forwarding of 1745 was in spite of very profitable because the essence of the porcelain cargo could be saved).

The counterpart of the Götheborg started from Gothenburg, seat of the Swedish Company of the Eastern Indies at the 18th century, the October 2nd 2005, and arrived at Canton, the July 18th 2006, in the presence of the king de Suède, after stopovers with Cadiz, Recife, the Cape, Port Elizabeth, Fremantle and Jakarta. The return in Sweden is planned for the September 12th 2007.
