Fyn
The island of Fyn ( Fyn ) is the second larger island of the Denmark.
Many manors and castles are located on the island of Fyn (Fyn). Those having of many parks and gardens, the island of Fyn is often regarded as the Jardin of Denmark .
Geography
Fyn is between the Danish Péninsule Jutland and the island of Sjælland or is the Danish capital Copenhagen ( København ).The island of Fyn is separated from Sjælland by the ship canal of the Grand Belt.
Bridges
- In the east, the Bridge of Large Belt, paying, connects the islands of Fyn (Fyn) and of the Seelande (Sjælland)
- To the west, two bridges connect Fyn and Jutland by the Petit Belt: the Old bridge of Small Belt and the New bridge of Small Belt. The new bridge of Small Belt allows a greater traffic than the old one.
