Furnished bouquet
The bouquet furnished is a set of aromatic Plantes intended to impregnate flat and sauces in many Recette S of kitchen. As its name indicates it, the ingredients form a bouquet which one fixes with a string adapted to the food contact (preferable with the rubber bands or various bonds). By leaving a score of centimetres string exceed container, the cook can easily withdraw the bouquet at the end of the cooking to be useful.
One can bring to him alternatives while adding, for example, a branch of Céleri, the green part of a Poireau or a stem of Origan.
