Furikake
The furikake (振り掛け or ふりかけ) is a Condiment used in the Japanese Cuisine which one spreads at the top of the dishes of Riz. This condiment consists of a mixture of Sésame, of Varech cut of pieces, of Sucre, salt and glutamate monosodium (E621). One adds also sometimes Thon, Saumon, small Légume S and egg.
The furikake is in the grocers everywhere with the Japan and also in the supermarkets.
Besides it is often conditioned in individual rations, in small sachets printed with the effigy of the characters of fiction (primarily Manga) for the greatest joy of the children, and constitutes the principal condiment of smallest.
