Fulminant hepatitis
The fulminant hepatitis is a hepatic Insuffisance severe and brutal whose origin can be toxic (drugs, poisonous fungi) or infectious (viral hepatites).
The first consequences are major disorders of the Hémostase involving a hemorrhagic risk multiviscéral. Its forecast is extremely severe.
The treatment is initially etiologic but it consists in the majority of the cases of a hepatic Transplantation of urgency.
