Fujisawa

Fujisawa (藤沢市, Fujisawa-shi ) is a city (市, shi ) of the Préfecture of Kanagawa, with the Japan. The city was founded the October 1940. Population of the east city of 394.990 inhabitants for a surface of 69.51 km ² (2005).

Fujisawa is twinned with the cities of:

The symbols of the city are the black Pin of Japan, the glycine and the Martin-pêcheur of Europe.

Fujisawa develops a rather environmental policy, indeed Fujisawa has beautiful beaches which it must protect. The city has moreover 262 parks which occupy an all together surface of 168,36 ha.
