Frontenay-Rohan-Rohan is a common French, located in the department of the Two-Sevres and the area Poitou-Charentes.
Geography
History
The city is initially named Frontenay with the Middle Ages. It belongs then to the Lusignan. At the time of the revolt that Hugues X of Lusignan foments against Alphonse of Poitiers and its brother Louis IX in 1242, the city is taken by the royal army after a fifteen day old seat. In reprisals, the walls are shaven, and the city is then called Frontenay-l' Shot down .
