Friuli Serious Cabernet

The Friuli Serious Cabernet is an Italian wine of the area Friuli-Venezia Giulia equipped with a name DOC. since October 1st, 1985. Only to DOC. the red wines collected inside the surface of production defined by the decree are entitled.

Organoleptic characteristics

  • color : more or less intense red ruby, tending to the orange red with ageing

  • odor : vinous, intense, spiced
  • savor : dry, tannic, harmonic

The Friuli Serious Cabernet is tasted at a temperature ranging between 15 and 17°C. It will keep 2 - 4 years.
