Fresne-the-Plan is a common French, located in the department of the Seine-Maritime and the area High-Normandy.

Geography

History

" Fraisnes" is quoted in 1059 and became in 1216 Fraxinis-l' Esperlenc, family name attested in Normandy with the Middle Ages. The school of Fresne is quoted as of the year 1414. The parish counted 500 inhabitants under the reign of Saint Louis but 464 today.
