Fresh is the first film of the writer and realizer Boaz Yakin, left in 1994.

Synopsis

Fresh tells the history of Michael (Sean Nelson), called Fresh, boy a 12 year old making pass from drug on behalf of the large local dealers (in particular Giancarlo Esposito). Inspiring of lessons of failures of its father (played by Samuel L. Jackson), Master with Blitz chess (form of failures where the blows are played very quickly), Fresh establishes a plan to leave his/her doped sister (Bushe Wright) and itself their lives without hope.

Unperceived past at the time of its exit in 1994, the film will however receive very warm welcome of criticism.
