French federation of the fishermen to the fly and the throw

The French federation of the Fishermen to the Fly and the Throw (FFPML) has an approval of the Ministère of Youth and Sports, as well as Department of the Environment. It is in addition member of the Olympic and sporting National committee French.

As a federation of the fishing to the fly, it has Délégation of Public service mission for the organization of competitions in rivers, tanks, and assembly of flies and for the delivery of regional, national and international titles.

FFPML has the role to federate the fishermen with the French fly, within the framework of the " International Moral charter of the Sportif" Fisherman; (charter proposed by the France in 2002 and adopted by FIPS) and in accordance with the spirit preached by the International Olympic committee. It is in this spirit, that FFPML made France the nation most titrated in the world in a sport however very largely dominated of number by the Anglo-Saxons, with 7 gold medals in classification senior and 2 in classification junior (gold medal in 2006 with the championships of the world in Portugal).
