French federation of associations of paid shareholders

The French federation of associations of paid shareholders and former wage earners ( FAS ) federates 27 associations and gathers nearly a million shareholders.

Since 1993, the FAS estimates that it “ contributes to a representation independent of the paid shareholders, as well within their company as with respect to the State and of the public opinion ”.

It is chaired by Jean-Claude Mothié which estimates that “ the paid shareholders must have established among ” and that “ the election of a representative to the board of directors should also take place in on this side threshold of 3% of the capital held by the paid shareholders ”.

Each year the FAS publishes a Guide of the paid shareholders .
