French cultural exception

One indicates by French cultural exception an expression used to characterize certain specificities of the France compared to the other countries of Europe, even of the world, in the sector Culturel, since the creation of the Ministère of the Culture by André Malraux in 1959 and in particular certain assets of the action of Jack Lang at this station, in particular the engagement of the State in the support for the sector of the Culture and creation Artistique.
