The French Association of the directors of the cinematographic photography ( AFC ) is the professional main association of chiefs operators French. Founded by Henri Alekan, his current president is Rémy Chevrin. The AFC comprises a hundred members.
The AFC is supported by the National center of cinematography, it is member and cofounder of Imago, the European Federation of associations of directors of the photography
Its buildings are located at 8, rue Francœur in the 18 {{E}} district of Paris, contiguous at the school of cinema the Fémis.
