French association of funerary information
There would be approximately fifteen thousand funerary operators having a prefectoral enabling in France with the beginning of the year 2000. The French Association of funerary information whose founder is Michel Kawnick, association governed by the Law 1901 gives itself for goal information of the public and the defense of the interests of the families, in France and elsewhere, concerning the end-of-life, funerals and its rites, the Deuil and the memory.

This association also contributes to conferences, conferences, and takes part at advisory commissions of the local public services.
It established in 1993 a Charte and an ethical approval of and quality, in 11 articles;
