Freerun
The freerun is almost as the Parkour except that there are acrobatics like the Salto S and other movements which have relationship with the Gym (wheel, rondade, pear tree…). The parkour is a sport which leans towards the utility whereas the freerun research the esthetism.
The Palm Spin is a figure of freerun which consists in carrying out a rotation 180° in support against a low wall.
