In this incoterm, the salesman pays the transport of the goods to the wearing of loading. The purchaser pays the costs of loading, the maritime transport, the insurance, the costs of unloading and transport of the port to his factory. The transfer of risks takes place when the goods were delivered on the quay of the wearing of loading.
