Frederic Daerden

Frederic Daerden (Montegnée, on January 11th, 1970) is a Belgian Politician of French language. He is the son of another politician Michel Daerden.

He is affiliated like his father with the PS. He takes up the following duties: Walloon deputy, burgomaster of Herstal, administrator of cd. & Co (a company of To that the), vice-president of the inhabitant of Li2ege federation of the PS, and Part-time lecturer to HEC-ULg.

Cd. & Co

Cd. & Co are a cabinet of revisers of company specialized in the audit of public companies. Created by Michel Daerden and his brother Jean-Louis Daerden. Michel withdraws board of directors when he becomes minister in 1999. It is his/her son coldly elected appointed Walloon who takes the orders of them.

The company has contracts with about thirty Intercommunale S Walloon of which nineteen have their head office in Liege (ALE, SLF, SPE, CILE, Intradel, Socolie, etc). The audited office accounts of seventeen companies of social housing of which fifteen are located in Province of Liege. Let us quote in particular the company of the housing of the plate of Ans (common whose Michel Daerden is the burgomaster).

  • 1997: Establishment with Herstal
  • 1999:
    • Elected as appointed Walloon
    • His/her father appointed minister withdraws cd. & Co and leaves him the reins of the company.
  • 2000 : Elected official with the communal elections of Herstal. He becomes alderman of finances and the citizenship.
  • 2003 : Elected official with the vice-presidency of the inhabitant of Li2ege federation of the PS. The president is Guy Mathot. The other vice-president is Marie-Claire Lambert.
  • 2005 : Elected official for a second mandate of Walloon deputy.
  • 2006 : Burgomaster of Herstal (in some month of the elections the former burgomaster Jean Namotte resigns with its profit)
