Frederic Couchet

Frederic Couchet , born in 1970, is one of the specialists in the Free software in France. It founded in 1996 the Association for Promotion and Research in Free Data processing (APRIL), which it chaired until 2005. It is since the acting general.

He is also president since 2001 of FSF France.
