Frederic-Auguste III of Saxony

Frederic-Auguste III of Saxony , born with Dresden the May 25th 1865, deceased in Sybillenor the February 18th 1932.

It reigned on the kingdom of Saxony of the October 15th 1904 with the November 13rd 1918, date of its abdication.

Wire of Georges Ier of Saxony and Marie-Anne of Portugal (1843-1884).

Frederic-Auguste III of Saxony married the November 21st 1891 Louise-Antoinette of Habsbourg-Tuscany, which he divorced in 1903.

Six children were born from this union:

  • Georges of Saxony, (1893 - 1968), he was hereditary prince of Saxony, he renonça with his rights on the crown of Saxony and entered the orders in 1924.

  • Frederic-Christian of Saxony, margrave de Miessen

  • Ernest-Henri of Saxony (1896 - 1971), in 1921 it married Sophie of Luxembourg, widower in 1941 it married in 1947 Virginia Dulon

  • Marguerite of Saxony (1900 - 1962), in 1920 it married Frederic de Hohenzollern

  • Marie-Alice of Saxony (1901 - 1990), it married in 1921 François-Joseph de Hohenzollern-Emden

  • Anne of Saxony (1903 - 1976), in 1924 it married Joseph-François of Habsbourg-Lorraine, widow in 1957 it married in 1972 Reginald Kazanjian
