Fred Moyse
Fred Moyse , Breton nationalist
Liaison officer
In 1938, it plays on a purely semi-official basis, the role of liaison officer between the various minority nationalist movements, and diffuses, of Dublin to Hong-Kong, and of Moscow to the Cape of Good Hope, a small news bulletin entitled " Avel gornog " ( Vent of West ), which treats Celtic questions. It would have received the May 25th 1939 with Brussels, (source: Enno Stephan, German Spies in Ireland, Editions of Trévise), the visit of Jim O' Donovan, delegated WILL GO, come to on the spot check the existence of the liaison officer which the Abwehr had announced to him. Because of the multiple and complicated contacts that it had tied with the Écossais, Welsh, Flemish , and the Basques, Moyse had always made a point of acting on a purely independent basis. Domiciled then for a few years with the Netherlands, then with Brussels, it has not been registered with the Breton National Parti, and did not act officially in the name of this one, although it is dependant of a great friendship with François Debeauvais, that it lodges the day before his lawsuit in 1938. It seems however well to have cumulated responsibilities with the Breton National Parti with responsibilities with the Abwehr.
