Fred Hates

Fred Wallace Haise Junior is a American Astronaute born the November 14th 1933.

Biography

Flights carried out

It carried out a single flight at the time of the mission Apollo 13. After a serious accident which has occurred during the flight the Ground-Moon, the mission was stopped and the vessel had to turn over urgently on Earth, after having circumvented the Moon.

In the logic of bearing of the crews in force to NASA, Fred Haise was again eligible for the mission Apollo 19, but this one was cancelled fault of credit.

In 1977, it accomplished with C. Gordon Fullerton five atmospheric flights on the Space shuttle Enterprise for the development of the procedures of approach and landing.
