Franz Konrad Macké

Franz Konrad Macké : (* 2. July 1756 with Krautheim (Jagst); † 17. March 1844 with Mainz) is a German politician.

Mayor of Mainz (February-July 1793 and 1800-1814)

  • Under the Consulate it was charged by Bonaparte with organizing the town hall of Mainz with André Jeanbon Saint Andre the Préfet of the department of the Mount-Thunder.
  • It is the first Maire of Mainz, during the République of Mainz.
  • It is named knight of Légion of honor by Napoleon Bonaparte.
