Franz Josef Ivanovich Ruprecht
Franz Josef Ivanovich Ruprecht is a Austrian Botaniste , born on November 1st 1814 with Prague and dead the August 4th 1870 with Saint-Pétersbourg.
He makes studies of medicine in Prague. He is the conservative of the Herbier of the Academy of Science of Saint-Pétersbourg starting from 1839 and director of the Museum of botany starting from 1855. He travels to Arkhangelsk in 1841 and in the the Caucasus in 1860 - 1861.
