Franz-Josef Hutsch

Franz-Josef Hutsch (born with Aachen in 1963) is one to defer of war German. It was lieutenant of the Bundeswehr until 1995 when it decided to finish his political studies in science and was pilot defense with the International penal court for ex-Yugoslavia with $the Hague for Slobodan Milošević.
