Frantz Reichel is a general-purpose French sportsman, - between other player of Rugby to XV (with the Racing club of France and with SCUF; he was founder of the federation in 1905), athlete, champion of Boxe (founder of the federation in 1903), excel fencer, gymnaste, pioneer of the car and aviation, born the March 16th 1871, dead the March 24th 1932.
