The exchanger of the Frankfurter Kreuz (Cross of Frankfurt) is the gigantic road junction and highway located at a few kilometers in the South of Frankfurt in Germany

This important junction point of the East-West and North-South transits of Europe serves as (a share of crossing between the highway A5 (connecting the Baltic to the Rhine and Switzerland) and the highway A3 (connecting the Netherlands to the East of Germany and Poland). It serves in addition the Aéroport of Frankfurt, one of the first in Europe, a railway station at high speed and the part Southern of the agglomeration

It is known for its intense traffic and, at certain moments, in spite of recent installations, its major congestions. It would be the most important exchanger of Europe with approximately of 320.000 passages of vehicles per day.
