Frank Vanhecke (Bruges, May 30th 1959) is president of the Vlaams Belang, left the Extreme-right-hand side Flemish Nationaliste .

The former president Karel Dillen designated it as his successor the June 8th 1996. Thereafter, he was elected at this station, on February 4th, 2001.
