Frank Heemskerk
Frank Heemskerk (Haarlem, July 26th 1969) is a Dutch politician. He was elected appointed workers party (PvdA) with the second room of 2003 to 2006. He is today Secretary of State in the government Balkenende IV.
Frank Heemskerk studied the economy with the Université of Amsterdam. It then made career in the banking environment where it worked for the bank ABN Amro.
