Francoise Mbango Astonishes , born the April 14th 1976 with Yaounde, is a Athlète Cameroun ease, practitioner the triple jump.

After practisehaving initially practiced the High jump, discipline where it became champion of Cameroun, it is devoted then to triple jump with a first medal at the time of the plays of the the Commonwealth 1998 with Kuala Lumpur.

Then at the time of its first Olympic Games with Sydney, it is qualified for the final where it finishes only in the 10th place. As of the following year, it obtains its first medal in great championship at the time of the world 2001 of Edmonton, finishing 2nd behind Russian Tatyana Lebedeva.
