Francoise Loranger

Francoise Loranger was a writer E, Dramaturge and poetess Québécois E born with Saint-Hilaire, the June 18th 1913 and deceased with Montreal, the April 6th 1995.

Biography

As of adolescence Francoise Loranger writes news in the popular Review. Encouraged by Robert Choquette, in 1939, it starts to write radiophonic serials. In 1949, it publishes the novel Mathieu which becomes a success of the Québécois literature. In 1950, with the arrival of television, she writes several dramatic theatrical and adapts also Russian texts. She amongst other things writes a first version of the television serial Under the sign of the lion . From 1965 to 1970, it publishes several plays who are a sharp success. In 1978, it creates with TV-Quebec the drama televised the one hundred year old lady .
