The company Francofolies is a simplified Joint stock company French (SIRET: 34110277000086) which organizes the festival of the Francofolies of La Rochelle.

Created by Jean-Louis Foulquier and his wife Catherine, the company was yielded in December 2004 to the Parisian company Morgane Production by the sale of the 95% of the shares. After 20 years with the head of the Festival, Jean-Louis Foulquier thus left his direction.

The festival is directed today by Gerard Pont, Gerald Lacroix and Frederic Charpail. Gerard Pont is in load of the artistic director and the programming, Gerard Lacroix of the partnership, Frederic Charpail of the general organization.
