Franck Pupunat is regular member of the National council of the French Socialist party since the congress of Mans, in November 2005. He was temporary member of the National council of the PS since 2003. He is cofounder and initiating of Utopia which wants to be a think tank, as well interns as external with the socialist party, on the rupture of the taking into account of GDP like indicator of the level of richness in our company, but to consider in the place that the distribution of the goods, of the incomes, the increase in the level of education, the accessibility and the quality of the public services, the vitality of the social life and democratic, the level of the respect of the environment, the control by the individuals of their times, quality of life, economic safety… are truths indicator of a company “ rich person”.
