Francisco Ruiz Velasco
Francisco Ruiz Velasco is a scenario writer, draftsman, colourist Mexicain of cartoon.
Biography
It was born in 1972, with Aguascalientes with the Mexico. From half of the Nineties it made party of the founders of Cygnus Comics, a collective which sold and created comics (with the number of which B-Squad , its series), with the manner of Image Comics. In 1999, it based the Studio F with Edgar Delgado, Raúl Treviño and Oscar Carreño, devoted mainly to work of color application for American silent partners, on the series drawn by Francisco Ruiz Velasco itself, or other Spanish artists (Humberto Ramos - Out There , Peter Parker: Spiderman - or Ladronn it minisery Inhumans -), but also on the minis Banner drawn by Richard Corben.In 2000, it launches out on the US market, at Dark Horse, starting with two episodes of Ghost , before publishing its mini-series Battle Gods: Warriors off the Chaak (translated by Semic). It carried out also the inking of a one-shot SpyBoy drawn by Carlo Barberi, the cover of a SpyBoy Special , Star Wars Tales #7 and 10, El Diablo: Bruise Sanctuary off (Translated by Albin Michel, under the title Diablo, the Sanctuary ),….
He will work then in 2003 for Marvel Comics, mainly on Thunderbolts (#76-81, " Fight Club") but also completing work of colourist. Then in 2004 on number 18 and 19 of Wildcats 3.0 for Wildstorm.
In 2005, following the death of the draftsman Jean-Florian Tello, it ensures the drawing of volume 3 of the series Marshall published by Humanoïdes Associés.
